My utmost desire when I started researching the Yogurt Diet was to find a solution to end the obesity and disease epidemics that have proliferated in our modern times due to poor nutrition and lack of a healthy relationship with food. The Yogurt Diet has been carefully formulated with many people in mind – those who suffer from ailments such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, skin disorders, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, eating disorders, hormone imbalances, ADD, ADHD, heartburn, migraines, infertility, impotence, autoimmune disorders, IBS, ulcers, colitis, colon cancer…As scientific evidence keeps mounting up for more evidence.  The goal when you embrace the Yogurt Diet is to achieve overall balance that will lead to ideal weight and radiant health; it is as much a preventative measure as it can be a cure to many disorders.  I hope to teach everyone how to live a healthier and more balanced and fulfilled life through wholesome delicious foods and the well researched miraculous effects of probiotics and yogurt . The Great Importance of Friendly Bacteria in the Gut

When you eat yogurt, the lactic acid bacteria travel through the digestive tract, both establishing colonies on the mucus walls of your intestines and also passing through, as transient, performing and aiding in digestion as well as contributing to other healthful bodily functions. Probiotics are also part of the friendly organisms that live in your gastrointestinal tract, also known as gut flora, among many other interesting names.
